I am updating my blog roll (instead of doing more research on Coram Nobis’s – big lunch, tired, Friday) and came across this post on Criminal Defense Blog that said Scott Greenfield is maybe being considered for Justice Stevens’ spot on the Bench. Wow. That would be something.
I found your blog when Scott linked to it, and I follow Scott and Brian Tannebaum (of the Criminal Defense Blog) on twitter.
Unfortunately, no one is considering Scott for the position. It's a prank; one that's been going on all day on twitter.
