I have lots I’m thinking about, from single parenting (not me, but friends) to witty answers to the question “how can you defend those criminals” (you mean the constitution?) to why I still say I’m a criminal defense attorney when I swore I’d hung up the towel.

However, I’m in the process of updating this blog.  I mean technically, with all the gadgets that are supposed to make it better.  It has taken me forever to figure out the easier to use mechanisms involved but I’m hoping that the hard work at the outset will make it easier to update my blogroll, etc.

Speaking of which, I have a couple of new items on there, and have taken some stuff off.  New and noteworthy are a great glimpse in the daily life of recently transplanted criminal defense attorney Jamison Koehler.  You should check out his blog, if for no reason other than he has a great name.  And his father is a poet.  Not like the “I wrote deep poetry in 8th grade and it was published in the school magazine” kind of poet.  But a REAL poet.  You know, like that Emily Dickinson.  And Keats.

I am in LOVE with Public Defender Revolution.  It is the ugly and beautiful truth of public defense work.  Read it.  You will be shocked and awed.

Finally, I’ve added Tales of a Public Defender Investigator because it has a great tag line:  We Fight, Because We Believe.

There are others coming.  If one of my five readers has a blog they’d like to see added, please let me know.  If not, I’ll be linking to things like Lucky Magazine, Amazon and whatnot.
