I was sitting down, looking at villas in Spain (a girl can dream) and all of a sudden, I thought about all of the items I’ve purchased in the past year that prove that I am, in fact, vain. I always viewed myself as a simple girl, not a foundation and eye shadow type. But, if I list the things I have purchased in order to make myself either (a) look better or (b) smell better (I know my friends are thankful) it is astounding. Here is what I could think of just off the top of my head:

— Brilliant Brunette shampoo AND hair styling cream. I don’t know if it works. I don’t think it does. I’m still just a brunette.

— Light (very light) brown highlights and a layered haircut

— Christian Dior wrinkle reducing day AND night cream (costs a fortune, and I frown in my sleep so its never going to work)

— Crest White Strips PREMIUM!!! (its costs 33 dollars!! WTF?)

— Crest ultra whitening toothpaste

— HOT ROLLERS!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT!

–So much stuff from bath and body works, its not even funny.

–new eyeshadow, mascara (not waterproof, big mistake), and lipstick (it lasts forever since I never wear it)

— Neutrogena anti-wrinkle/anti-blemish facial wash (best stuff on earth)

Hmm. . . I think that’s it. But, for a simple girl, its a lot.

Okay, next post I’ll give more details about the new firm. I wish I could tell you the firm name, but you know, the whole anonymous thing. We are supposed to sign a lease later on this week. Whoohooo!!!

Okay, now I’ve got to get rid of these whitestrips.
