The death penalty always makes me sad. We live in such a violent country.
But I did find one interesting tidbit in the article: The Baltimore County State’s Attorney during the trial was named Sandra A. O’Connor. You know she totally uses the “A.” so people think its “Day.”
Like people who say “Samford” real quick and hope you’ll think they go to “Stanford.”

We all make choices in life that have consequences. Wesley Eugene Baker chose to kill that woman in front of her grandchildren. I choose to give his life the same consideration he gave to that grandmother’s life and to the sensitivities of her prepubescent grandchildren just before he pulled the trigger. Merry Christmas.
Gosh, I hate it when murdering dirtbags have to pay up for their own misdeeds.
