Heads are exploding in the criminal and immigration law universe.  Here’s a good post on the topic by Scott Greenfield of Simple Justice.

It’s been a little while since anyone has gotten their panties in a knot over a good supreme court ruling.  Or, maybe it hasn’t but I’ve been in a cave for a couple of years so I don’t really know.  The last time I remember anything like this happening was when Crawford came down, or Booker when the Federal Sentencing Guidelines were declared “advisory” instead of mandatory (ha, we still laugh at that).
