I hate BarBri
I just sent BarBri a nasty e-mail. I was watching the ‘essay review’ tape thinking, okay, here is where the magic happens. And you know what it was? A regurtiation of the board’s analysis of the essays. I shit you not. In fact, the guy at the beginning was assuring us that we didn’t need to know caselaw and the second question on the exam, the entire analysis was based on caselaw and not a single statute. There is no way you would know the answer without caselaw. So, what does the guy do? Yup, he reiterates the board’s analysis. Without any explanation at all!! AND, he looked sheepish and guilty while doing it.
Are you f-ing kidding me? I paid one thousand dollars for these tapes and I truly got scammed and ripped off and ass-raped (that’s for windypundit). It’s insane and I am so angry I can’t even concentrate on my work. No more looking at those stupid tapes. They should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously. Argh. I need to kick someone. Where’s my dog?

BARBRI is awful awful awful. It is a monopolistic scam. I have failed twice. DO NOT TAKE BAR BRI. I can’t emphasize that enough.
Bar/Bri is a horrible horrible company. They are unprofessional, not responsive, and simply raking in the money until Kaplan gets strong enough to take away their competition. DO NOT TAKE BAR/BRI.
